We agree with Appellant’s argument.  First, the Examiner’s position that the first image is already generated but not displayed is, at best, speculative. “[L]egal determinations of obviousness, as with such determinations generally, should be based on evidence rather than on mere speculation or conjecture.” Alza Corp. v.
