"Once the examiner establishes a prima facie case of obviousness, the burden shifts to the applicant to rebut that case." In re Kao, 639 F.3d 1057, 1066 (Fed. Cir. 2011). "Rebuttal is merely a 'showing of facts supporting the opposite conclusion,' and may relate to any of the Graham factors including so-called secondary considerations.
