I appreciate this site. It is really useful.
The last couple of weeks have included decisions that are affirmed-in-part; but, lists them under Affirmed. For example Ganapathiappan is reversed on 112 but overall affirmed on the art.
Is there a way to make this more accessible to the reviewer?
Thanks
sorry I didn't see this last week. The way to do this would be to HIGHLIGHT any concurrences/dissents. I will do more with this, as NAGUMO is arguing with COLAIANNI here, and it IS INTERESTING. Generally I scan these so quickly, but yeah, I could keep my eyes out for something like in Ganapathisppan where they're fighting amongst themselves and quickly point out WHY! I'll highlight them with a different color daily. THANKS THANKS for pointing this out!!!
see new color scheme for 102/103 etc
